Volunteer Contributor Terms v1.0
Volunteer only. You understand that contributing does not create employment or contractor status and that no payment, royalty, fee, or other compensation is owed for submitted or published material.
Original work. You represent that material you submit is original to you or that you have the necessary rights to submit it, and you will identify third-party, licensed, or AI-generated material.
Editorial control. The site may accept, reject, edit, shorten, title, format, illustrate, promote, archive, republish, or remove submitted material and does not guarantee publication.
Copyright assignment. For material the site accepts for publication, you agree to assign to the site owner all copyright ownership you hold in that accepted material, including the right to edit, reproduce, distribute, display, publish, republish, promote, license, and create derivative works from it, worldwide for the duration of copyright. You agree to sign additional documents reasonably needed to confirm that assignment.
Access. Writer privileges may be suspended or revoked at any time. Publishing permission, when granted, is separate from writer approval.
This contributor agreement is an operational draft and should receive attorney review before the contributor program is publicly launched.
